Netflix Star Lists $42.5 Million Waterfront Estate as West Palm Beach Targets Ultra-Luxury Trophy Buyers

Hilary Musser didn't just build a house. The Netflix personality and seasoned developer created a fully furnished Italian showcase that may represent the most complete luxury offering West Palm Beach has seen in years.

The 11,228-square-foot estate at 6315 South Flagler Drive hit the market March 2 at $42.5 million, making it one of the city's most expensive active listings. But the price tag tells only part of the story behind a property that Musser designed, developed, and furnished herself using exclusively Italian materials and manufacturers.

Musser gained national visibility as a cast member on Netflix's "Members Only: Palm Beach," the reality series that premiered in December 2025 and documented the ultra-wealthy social dynamics of America's most exclusive resort town. The show followed her through the construction process, giving viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how trophy properties get built at this level.

The estate occupies what Musser calls the last waterfront parcel of its width available along this stretch of the Intracoastal. The 0.42-acre lot offers 144 feet of water frontage with ocean access and unobstructed views of Palm Beach Island's most prominent estates. Critically for buyers in the $40 million range, the property sits outside the flight path that affects much of the South Flagler corridor.

What separates this listing from other ultra-luxury new construction is the depth of its Italian sourcing. Musser specified that 100% of finishes and furnishings would be made in Italy, a commitment level that's uncommon even at this price point. Two full kitchens by Poltrono Frau anchor the living spaces. Custom furniture throughout is by Poltrona Frau, the 112-year-old Italian house whose clients range from Enzo Ferrari to the European Parliament. His-and-hers walk-in closets are lined in Ferrari leather.

The amenity program reads like a private resort checklist: heated second-story pool with 180-degree water views, multilevel cinema, full spa wing with salon and steam room, waterfront gymnasium, wine room, and rooftop viewing deck with sight lines to the Atlantic Ocean. A new deep-water dock accommodates yachts up to 100 feet.

Musser represents a rare breed in the Palm Beach luxury market. She functions simultaneously as developer, licensed broker, and interior designer, maintaining direct accounts with leading Italian manufacturers for more than 25 years. Her track record includes over $150 million in personal real estate transactions across Florida, Pennsylvania, and Nantucket.

The listing arrives during sustained demand for ultra-luxury waterfront property in the Palm Beach area. West Palm Beach has emerged as a destination for buyers, including next-generation members of established Palm Beach Island families, who seek the scale, privacy, and dock access that the island itself often cannot provide.

"I'm increasingly selling to the children of billionaires who maintain primary residences on Palm Beach Island," Musser has observed, suggesting the South Flagler Drive corridor is evolving into a prestige address that complements rather than competes with the island.

At $42.5 million, the estate is priced at approximately $3,178 per square foot, reflecting the turnkey nature of the offering and the Italian-sourced furnishings included in the sale. For buyers seeking immediate occupancy at trophy level, few alternatives exist in the current West Palm Beach inventory.

The property's location places it 1.2 miles from Palm Beach Island and within minutes of Worth Avenue, the Kravis Center, and Palm Beach International Airport. The positioning addresses three common requirements cited by buyers in the $30 million-and-above segment: deep-water access, flight path avoidance, and proximity to cultural amenities.

Whether the Netflix visibility translates into qualified buyer interest remains to be determined. But for a developer willing to spend three years sourcing every detail from Italian manufacturers, the $42.5 million ask represents Musser's bet that West Palm Beach's ultra-luxury market can support her most ambitious project yet.
